30 Day Weight Loss Challenge: Day 22!

Day Twenty-Two- What was your lowest weight? How and why did you gain?

My lowest weight was somewhere around 105-110lbs when I was in high school. I know exactly why I gained weight: I was lazy. If I had started working out when I first noticed the weight gain, I would definitely not be at the weight I am now.
