30 Day Weight Loss Challenge: Day 10!

Day Ten- What was the hardest thing you gave up during this “weight loss.”

I haven't really given up anything. I just reduced how much of it I eat. I can't give up foods all cold turkey because I would just end up bingeing on it it later so I just try to reduce how much I eat of a certain thing.
