5 Weeks of Nails: Week 4! (Better late than never right?)

Here's week 4 of nails that's late. I didn't mean for it to be late but sometimes life has different plans.

Yeah, I totally didn't mean to neglect my blog like this. It was really by accident. Work got crazy, I was tired, we got birds, it was my niece's birthday, etc etc etc.

However, I do bring pictures! So I don't completely bore you guys with a text wall.

So, we got budgies! Well, my mom and her husband got budgies. I just called and asked if my mom wanted a free bird since a customer surrendered the bird and cage to my store. I found out once I got home that the customer was feeding the bird hamster food. WTF? Sure it's kind of similar but there's added crap to hamster food that the parakeet would not eat and yes, that is probably why the bird was "sick."

Kiss Nail Dress!

Note: Let me start off saying I got these free through Influenster. Getting them free will not sway any decision over whether or not they are a good product or not...but luckily they are a good product. :)

Alright, so Kiss Nail Dress in leopard print came in the Love Voxbox and I was a bit hesitant about them. Mostly because of my job since whenever I put on nail polish, the nail polish comes off pretty quickly if I'm bagging a lot of fish for customers.

Yep I'm totally late with this. Not my fault. Blame my job. Ugh. Okay so moving on!

5 weeks of Nails!!

It's time for 5 weeks of nails!!! Why only 5 weeks? Well, because I haven't had the time to do anymore nail designs. I also have been lacking in the creative inspiration.

Each week will feature 2 nail designs so it's not like I'm lazy and only did one design for each week. You get two designs!

Working on it

Trust me, I'm working on things. I thought I was going to be able to work on some nail designs yesterday but it was my mother's birthday and I lost track of time.

I have 2 notebooks that I put my nail design ideas into and sometimes they get lost in my room lol. Some drama happened at work too but nothing that I feel like talking about again. Hopefully, tomorrow I will have some good news. Fingers crossed!!

Christmas Nails Week 3!

Here is week 3 of Christmas nails. Once again, I had another idea for the nails for this week but then that just wasn't working out. Then I had come up with another idea and did something with that but that ended up not coming out as nice as I wanted so I had to change that too. Second part to the second idea I had is the reason why my nails look a little weird.

Saturday, the 10th, I went to Epcot. I love Epcot. It's my favorite park at Walt Disney World. For the past 3 years or so, I have been going with my friend, her mom, and her daughters to the Candlelight Processional at Epcot. The Candlelight Processional package involves eating at one of the participating restaurants at the park and then you get tickets which guarantees seating to watch a famous person (usually an actor/actress) tell the story of Christmas and there is singing of Christmas songs.

This year, Neil Patrick Harris narrated for the day we wanted to go.

My friend and I were over the moon when he came out. He was just too cute.

Christmas Nails Week 2!

Here we go for another week! I'm getting better at this whole posting more often thing. Oh let me say something real quick about the CND Toughen Up polish I bought. It lasts. Yesterday, at work, I cleaned fish tanks and the polish stayed on my nails. There wasn't any peeling or anything. It is what I used as my base for this week's nails. And obviously, I have internet back!

The nail design I had planned was going to be something else but then I changed my mind to a different design but then I changed my mind again. I'm very indecisive. lol

Christmas Nails Week 1!

HELLO!  I know I said I was going to post some things before the end of November but work happened. However, I do have planned to do Holiday nail designs for each week of December. I was supposed to have one posted yesterday but the design I had in my head did not translate that well onto the test nail.

This nail design was inspired by the classic Christmas stocking.

It's the day after Thanksgiving and did I do any shopping today...nope. The stores did not have anything I really wanted and the thing I did want, a DSLR, none of the stores had any decent sales on them. I'll try again closer to Christmas.

However, I did manage to get new Color Club nail polishes! I found the sets at Burlington Coat Factory.

Nail design for Halloween Costume

I did my nails! Yay! I did them to match my Halloween costume that I will be wearing on Saturday. Sadly, I work on Halloween night so I don't get to go trick or treating...with my nephew and niece. Yes, that's exactly why I go trick or treating...for them...

Moving on to my costume! My cousin bought it for me at Hot Topic. Originally we were going to be Snooki and JWOWW, however, I lack contacts to be JWOWW.

Late night thoughts

Just as the title states, I'm having late night thoughts. Like what am I going to do with myself? Will I find a better paying job so I can pay my debts off faster? Will I be able to get a car next year? When's my lazy behind going to get back on track with loosing weight???? <- that is a very important question.
Another would be is my seborrheic dematitis ever going to go away? My luck the answer is: No.
In other news, I did do some nail designs! I didn't have internet for a day on Tuesday so I grabbed all of my nail stuff and got to work.
They came out decently. I want a better camera that grabs hold of the details a bit more. Any suggestions?
