Working on it

Trust me, I'm working on things. I thought I was going to be able to work on some nail designs yesterday but it was my mother's birthday and I lost track of time.

Proof I've been working on some stuff!

I have 2 notebooks that I put my nail design ideas into and sometimes they get lost in my room lol. Some drama happened at work too but nothing that I feel like talking about again. Hopefully, tomorrow I will have some good news. Fingers crossed!!

Grooming items for Beezee!

The past few posts have been pretty much all about me and not enough about the dog. Today, I got something that will help me with grooming Beezee. Lately, whenever I bathe Beezee, I use my blow dryer to speed up his drying process and straighten out his fur. For some reason his fur is kind of wavy if I let him dry naturally.

I have been looking for a pet dryer since human blow dryers aren't good for animals but all of them are so expensive! At my job, the one we carry I think is around $80. Since they're so expensive, I have been looking around at like Ross, Target, Walmart, and a couple of other places that I know that sell dog grooming items to see if I could find something cheaper and I finally did!

I'm not dead!! I've just been busy with a few things, specifically working out. It drains me but I have to do it if I want to lose this weight. I need to do more cardio though. Oh, and while I was soaking items in my bathroom sink, I found out that it's leaking. I went to drain the water and it all poured into the cabinet underneath the sink. Here's hoping that the maintenance guys show up tomorrow so I can use my sink again.

Other than that, nothing exciting is going on. So be safe, be good, and don't drink and drive!

Shopping: Ulta and Target

Today, I was bad. I did some shopping. I went to Ulta and Target. I did go to Sports Authority too but that was just to get a strap to go underneath my knee since it had started hurting today when I was taking the dog for a walk.

I went to Ulta today mostly because I thought they had my Nioxin shampoo and conditioner as a duo on sale but that was not the case. I still decided to buy a liter of the Scalp Recovery conditioner.

Nails, nails, Nailtiques

This is kind of an interesting story. Okay it's not really all that interesting but how the Nailtiques Formula 2: Formula 2 and Formula Fix kit came into my possession was a bit something. I went to the random salon place at the mall near my house to look if they had the Nioxin shampoo and condition that I use, but I ended up wandering over to the nail care area. I was looking at the Nailtiques items that the store carried and came across the different kits. My nails have been looking pretty rough lately because of work and stress. They needed some more help than what I had at home.

Review: Lacura Hydra Complete Mask

A while back ago, I was at Aldi, it's a discount supermarket chain. And there they sell a cosmetics line called Lacura. I had bought a nail polish from them a while before this trip and I liked it. So since my skin had been a little dry late I decided to get their Hydra Complete Mask.
